Audit report of your school is only circulated to those who are in the distribution list shared by you. Content of the report will remain safe with Safe School Risk Management. Any addition or deletion in the distribution list will be approved by the School Director/Principal. This restriction prevents an indiscriminate broadcasting of reported information.
Depending on the size, complexity and strength of the organization's internal controls, time commitment varies. For each audit, there will be one POC (point of contact) from your organization whose availability would be needed. Depending on the scope of audit we will also need to meet with other key personnel during planning and fieldwork.
Assigned POC will be responsible to meet us, share required details to determine the scope of the audit, assist us in collating supporting documents and discuss our audit findings. Along with POC we will develop an action plan and finalize our audit report.
